2. Data We Collect

When you interact with +Human, we may collect the following personal data:

• Operator application form: full name, email address, skills, work experience, motivation, desired hourly rate, availability
• Waitlist form: email address, interest type
• Automatically collected: technical cookies necessary for site functionality (see our Cookie Policy)

3. Purpose of Processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• Evaluating your application to become a +Human operator
• Sending confirmation and welcome emails
• Notifying you about the platform launch and related updates
• Managing and improving the pre-launch experience

4. Legal Basis

We process your personal data based on your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you provide by checking the consent checkbox when submitting your application or joining the waitlist.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at info@plushuman.app. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

5. Data Recipients

Your personal data may be shared with the following categories of recipients:

• Google Cloud (Firebase/Firestore) — data storage and processing, acting as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement
• Resend — email delivery service, acting as a data processor
• Railway — hosting provider, acting as a data processor

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. International Data Transfers

Some of our data processors (Google Cloud, Resend, Railway) may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). These transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or the service providers are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for a maximum of 24 months from the date of collection, or until you withdraw your consent, whichever comes first. After this period, your data will be securely deleted.
